Outer retaining cap without IHS tab for HyPro2000, MAXPRO200, HT2000, and MAX200 mechanized plasma cutting torches. This essential consumable component holds the shield securely in place over the nozzle assembly and directs secondary gas or shield gas flow to the shield for optimal cooling and protection of internal components. Features clockwise threading and is compatible with all amperages (50A, 130A, and 200A) using oxygen, air, or nitrogen gas processes. Designed for automated/CNC cutting applications on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Includes a composite ring that mounts the shield concentrically to the nozzle orifice and routes secondary gas efficiently. Made from durable copper material to withstand high temperatures and wear. Note: This version (220935) is without the IHS tab and is recommended for hand torch applications, while part 220936 (with IHS tab) should be used for mechanized torches requiring initial height sensing capability.
