Outer retaining cap with integrated IHS (Initial Height Sensing) tab for HyPro2000 and MAXPRO200 mechanized plasma cutting torches. This critical consumable component holds the shield securely in place over the nozzle assembly and directs secondary gas/shield gas flow to the shield for optimal cooling and protection. Features clockwise threading and is compatible with 50A, 130A, and 200A cutting operations using oxygen, air, nitrogen (N2), or H35 gas processes. Designed specifically for automated/CNC cutting applications on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The IHS tab enables torch height control systems to accurately detect initial workpiece height before cutting begins. Made from high-quality copper material for maximum durability in high-capacity automated systems. Note: Part 220935 (without tab) should be used for hand torch applications.
